April 2017

It’s the peak of summer in the Philippines, and everyone’s bracing for the heat. For those on vacation from school, this may mean travel, road trips, and beach vacations galore. But for most of the Philippine working population, summer means a time of work as usual—only, perhaps with a bit more sweltering in office wear.

Fortunately, we know a workspace with great air-conditioning!

For freelancers who’d rather not stay at home—lest you succumb to the temptation of turning your air-conditioning on 24/7—perhaps a chill coworking space would be a great option for you? Meanwhile, for professionals or business owners looking for fully air-conditioned offices, meeting rooms, and training and events facilities that will take no time at all to set up, we’ve got you covered.

One Asia Center is your fully serviced business center of choice in the heart of the Philippines’ central business district. We’ll assist you in the various aspects of your business, from serviced and virtual offices, to flexible workspaces, to business support so that even if it gets hot in the metro, you can keep your cool and carry on.

Are you looking for a specific area in Metro Manila where you can set up your business? We at One Asia Center know how important the right location is. That's why we are confident that our location provides a good mix of amenities for you such as restaurants, malls & banks.

But if this location is not the one you have in mind, allow us to recommend our partner location sites that may better suit your requirements.

With OAC and our partners, we’re rooting for your success.

Renting a coworking space may seem like a short-term fix for freelancers and small and medium business enterprise owners, but on the contrary, research has found that it can actually work as a long-term solution for business—yes, even for large corporations.

Of the almost 40,000 survey respondents contacted by Regus [in the Philippines], nearly two-thirds or 67% said “they are seeing more firms integrate co-working into their long-term business strategy”. The results were reported in an article in The Philippine Star.

“[While] 61% of co-working space users are small to medium enterprises…it seems that the flexible work arrangement also appeals to more large businesses now with nearly 50% of the respondents saying how corporations turn to co-working more frequently than before.”

This spells good news not only for owners of coworking spaces, but also for employees in the Philippines, as this could signal more work flexibility, especially given the often challenging traffic situation in the National Capital Region.

Every business owner understands the importance of networking. Whether you are starting out or have already been in business for some time, it is vital that you build a network of business contacts.

However, if you are a small startup and running your business from home, it is very risky to give out your home address and personal contact details. Your personal security and the safety of your family should always be your main concern, even over your business. Having your personal information widely circulated means that it is accessible to anybody, even to unscrupulous persons who may want to steal from you or use it to scam you.

This is where a virtual office address can come in handy. Not only will it boost your professional image to have your own business address, it will guard the privacy of your home, and keep your personal and professional life separate.

Read our tips to find out why this is the best and safest choice for you.

When we highlight One Asia Center’s (OAC) prime location, we speak not only of OAC's address in the heart of Makati city, the country’s central business district. What we also want to point out is how convenient OAC's location is, in relation to vital establishments such as banks, schools, hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, and hangout spots.

Undoubtedly the biggest landmark in the OAC neighborhood that’s impossible to miss is SM Jazz Residences. Located just across the street from OAC's building, SM Jazz Residences is a “four-tower vertical village [that] boasts of five-star amenities such as grand lobbies, function rooms, five swimming pools, a fitness center, and landscaped gardens”.

To amp up the convenience factor, SM Jazz Residences also houses the SM Jazz Mall, home to a wide array of retail and food establishments; and SM Hypermarket, a haven for your groceries and other household items.

A sprawling residential and commercial space that has (almost) everything you need? How's that for a good neighbor? Make One Asia Center your workplace, and you won’t need to go far for your important errands; you’ll be spoiled for food choices come break times; and you won’t want for places to go to if you need to unwind!
